Grain Operations Manager

Growing, highly profitable U.S. based International Grain company is looking for a hands-on Operations Manager for a newly acquired elevator in the U.S. Midwest.

Here's What We're Looking For:

    Proven ability to manage a key grain facility with particular focus on facility "pride of ownership"
    Demonstrated commitment to operation and people safety
    Clear understanding of and ability to keep grain in condition including knowledge of grain drying and the importance of minimizing shrink
    Excellent time manager and ability to prioritize key tasks
    Experience with container loading and logistics is a real plus
