SUMMARY:

This position is responsible for maintaining internal reports using Microsoft Office applications, internal systems, and external databases (including Retail Link, IRI, Spectra, Mintel, NPD); creating ad hoc reports; running errands for the department - trips to Sam's, etc; making copies, filing, etc; ordering samples for sales presentations; and any other project needs of the marketing managers on the team. Based on initiative, this position offers the potential for exposure to accounting systems, sales analysis, and a financial perspective; customer service; large corporate environment; consumer packaged goods marketing experience; business planning; and enhancement of computer skills.

REQUIREMENTS:

Education: Incoming junior, senior, or MBA (at least one year of school remaining). All majors encouraged to apply.


Experience: Previous work experience in any field.

Computer Skills: Strong computer skills with a working knowledge of Excel, familiarity with Access, Word, and Powerpoint.


Supervisory: None

Special Skills: Ability to multitask; motivated, self-starter.
