About the Job
Our firm is representing an ENR ranked top 100 general contractor with a rare opportunity to hire a Regional VP/​Director of Operations to oversee multiple project teams on large commercial construction projects.​ This position is only available to a candidate who has a proven track record managing all of the project teams on commercial projects for their current company.​
The right candidate will have all of the Project Executives, Project Managers, Superintendents and their project support staff reporting to them directly.​ The right candidate for this role must be managing a minimum of five complete project teams concurrently.​
 Our represented company currently has right around twenty projects underway.​
These projects are in healthcare, hospitals, higher education, laboratory, multi-family and k-12 schools, to name a few of their markets that the pursue work within.​

In addition to being responsible for the staff listed in this posting, this person will also be an instrumental piece in the direction for this office as they continue to grow in the region.​ This individual will be a key decision maker in project pursuits, decisions on additional markets to look at doing work within.​ You will also have complete control of all hires, and personnel decisions for the office and business leadership within the company.​ This is an executive role and only the best of the best will be considered.​


Experience Required:
 15+​ in a key leadership role with a general contractor managing commercial projects from 10-100 million in size (if not larger).​
  Local experience to the Carolinas is not a prerequisite for this opening.​
