Great Expressions is a growing Dental Service Organization headquartered in Bloomfield Hills, MI and managing over 180 dental practices in seven States.  We are seeking a Business Analyst to fulfill a key position on a new team we have created at our Bloomfield Hills headquarters.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITES:
    Develop and maintain a detailed understanding of business processes and software applications.
    Work with users to develop requests into detailed requirements suitable for development.
    Provide an in-depth business process viewpoint during planning and implementation.
    Prepare test cases and perform testing.

REQUIREMENTS:

•     Hands on experience in capturing customer requirements and translating into technical specifications and system functionality. (4+ years)
•     Very strong interpersonal, written and oral communication skills.
•     Self motivated and directed – independent worker; effectively prioritize and multi-task.
•     Experience with and proven ability to effectively use MS Office programs/products.
•     Ability to read .NET language code and use Microsoft development and testing tools is a plus.
•     Knowledge of Dental Practice Management Systems is a big plus.

Compensation is commensurate with experience.
