Job Description
As the Lead Business Development executive for the South Florida Market, you will be responsible for establishing and cultivating relationships to drive our Executive Search business units. 
You will be client facing by phone with existing and potential clients nationally. Our culture is all about developing trust, adding real value and going the extra distance for our clients.

Responsibilities:
- Establish and cultivate relationships to drive Executive Search nationally in a pre defined niche
- Drive revenues for the local market
- Rain-Maker and Sales Hunter

Position Requirements
Skills / Industry Qualifications Required:    - 4 year degree
- Great verbal and written communication skills
- Competitive and driven persona
- Affable and engaging at all levels
- Minimum of 3 years of proven sales quota carrying success
- Minimum of 2 years inside selling experience
- Must live in South Florida area (those relocating to the area may be considered)
- Previous inside sales experience is preferred
- Tenacious, fearless, money-motivated, and curious
Education Level Required:    Bachelor
Experience Required to qualify for consideration:    5 to 6 Years
