Job Description:
Appelrouth Farah & Co. P.A., Coral Gables, Florida public accounting firm ranked top 15 by the South Florida Business Journal seeking a Staff Auditor with a minimum of 2 years audit experience in public accounting. CPA or CPA candidate required Experience should include ability to assist and perform financial audits. Yellow-book and single audit experience a plus. We are expanding the department and are experiencing tremendous growth.

Job Requirements

•     3 years Certified Public Accounting or Bookkeeping Firm Experience
•     Ability to prepare forms: 1040, 1120, 1120S, 1065 & 1041 Required
•     Ability to prepare Payroll and Sales taxes Required
•     Must be extremely organized
•     Fluent in English and Spanish, preferred but not required
•     Extensive knowledge of QuickBooks Required
•     Knowledge of Word & Excel & Peachtree
•     Excellent interpersonal and communications skills
•     Ability to effectively prioritize work volume, multi-task and meet deadlines
•     Must be self-motivated and self-directed
•     Able to work in a challenging and fast-paced environment
