RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide customer centric, fast turnaround of common material testing quotes to requests from the web, phone and other sources.
Provides pricing quotes to client requests
Takes ownership for this process
Develops knowledge of polymer materials test methods (ASTM, ISO, etc.), and how to communicate common polymer test practices, specimen requirements, pricing and scheduling to customers and potential clients.
Ensures timely follow up and follow through on requests
Track and analyze status of leads, quotes and lost business

QUALIFICATIONS
4 year bachelor degree, science or technical preferred
2 years of experience in a related field preferred
