Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong relationships with Producers, Account Development Managers, Regional Sales Directors, and the General Agency back offices.

Provide sales support and consultation throughout the life insurance sales process.

Prepare illustrations and make product and case design recommendations.

Provide product and software training to producers and field offices.

Monitor life insurance applications through the underwriting process.

Work with Account Development Manager in distributing marketing communication materials.

Qualifications:
2 to 3 years of experience in a sales environment, preferably within the life insurance industry.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to negotiate and use advanced judgment in solving complex matters.

NASD Series 6 and Massachusetts State Insurance License highly preferred. Can acquire licenses within six months of hire date.

Demonstrated ability to build and maintain professional relationships.

Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Bachelor's degree preferred.

Working knowledge of sales concepts and their corresponding illustrations and presentations is a plus.
