What you need for this position:

• Must be knowledgeable in the guidelines for FHA, VA, CONV, RH and the Investor.
• Display effective interpersonal skills sufficient to build positive, productive and effective professional working relationships.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize.
• Professional and courteous phone skills.
• Must be proactive and organize.

What you'll be doing:

• Handles and resolves all post-closing issues.
• Pulls pipeline report to identify loans that have not been purchased from investors and agencies daily.
• Resolves defects on closing documents,i.e Note, Deed of Trust, HUD-1, etc.
• Resolves suspense conditions provided by investors/agencies.
• Corrects closing issues and system discrepancies as appropriate and necessary.
• Communicates with internal staff and external clients to obtain missing or corrected documents.
• Follows up with internal staff and external clients to obtain required documents on a timely manner.
• Act as Investor’s primary contact for all post closing issues.
• Act as backup for other Post-Closing Specialists in their absence.
• Post-closing issues must be completed no later than 30 days from the date the loans were funded.
