We are currently seeking a Customer Support Supervisor who is passionate and committed to providing a very high level of customer and company support.? Ideal candidate must have:
.Proven strong customer-service skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and projects in a fast-paced environment

· Effective leadership skills with previous supervisory experience

· Good organization and time management skills with the ability to set priorities and accomplish objectives to meet deadlines

· Strong analytical, decision making and problem solving skills

· Strong written and oral communication with strong interpersonal and listening skills to effectively respond to and resolve internal and external customer service requests and issues

· Proficient in Microsoft Office and internet savvy

· Extremely detail oriented

· Self-disciplined, reliable and have a strong work ethic

· Bi-Lingual (English/Spanish) a plus but not required

Duties include but are not limited to:

·         Assist in the recruitment and hiring of the most qualified applicants to meet the growth needs of the organization

·         Train, coach, and manage employees of the Customer Service Dept.

·         Oversee compliance in the Customer Service Dept.
 and make sure employees comply with established company policies and standards, personnel practices and customer service procedures

·         Keep up-to-date on all regulations to help to ensure that we are continuously compliant with current regulations

·         Responds in a professional and courteous manner to escalated customer service concerns to reach an effective resolution

·         Monitors and assesses the department’s operational performance and trends to adjust activities as appropriate
. Based on current and historical data ensures the most efficient use of labor while balancing quality levels of customer service

·         Fosters and maintains critical business relationships with courts and other various government agencies

·         Creates CSR schedules

·         Preparing payroll report for CSR staff

·         Processing refunds

·         Various quarterly reports

·         Verification and daily auditing duties

·         Provides back-up support to the customer service department to respond to call, emails and other CSR tasks during staff shortage, high volume activity or as needed

·         Performs other job-related duties as assigned or appropriate

Safe 2 Drive operates 24/7 so non-traditional working hours may be required when necessary.
  •  Our office is located in Rancho Santa Margarita but, may also allow you to work from home as well.
  •   You must have a dedicated work space, and work area must be free from background noise and distractions.
  •  You will be required to provide your own computer, printer and high speed internet service at home.?  Must live in,or around the South Orange County, Rancho Santa Margarita area.
