AgriBank, the leading competitor in the agricultural financial services industry, provides funding and services to Farm Credit Services (FCS) Associations in a 15 state area.  We have a great opportunity in downtown St. Paul for a Network & Telecommunications Analyst.  Under general direction will assist in the design, support, maintenance and evaluation of the LAN/WAN network functions, telecommunication systems and ensure the secure integrity of all technologies within the organization all-the-while assuring their high availability. Provides consulting across the organization, from strategic guidance down to the project planning and implementation. Will assist evaluating and implementing solutions to facilitate defenses against security breaches and vulnerability issues in addition to evaluating and implementing solutions to monitor, audit and report against the network and security infrastructure to ensure we are both stable and secure in our operations.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field and 3-5 years’ experience in network, telecommunications and data security environment.  Working technical knowledge of network hardware, protocols, security and standards.  Working technical knowledge for VOIP, firewalls and wireless networks.  Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.  Ability to communicate highly technical information to non-technical users at all levels of the organization.  Project management skills, and clear understanding of quality and continuous improvement concepts and programs. Desire to work in a self-managed work team and share goals and accomplishments.   Demonstrated experience with standard concepts, practices and procedures within the network, telecommunications and data security field.  Ability to rely on limited experience at times to plan and accomplish goals. A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required.  Organized and responsive, plan ahead, communicate ideas orally, understand verbal instructions and descriptions, as well as write clear, concise instructions, descriptions and documentation.
