EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS: High School Diploma or GED.  Associate Degree of Nursing or Diploma Nursing Degree required.

BASIC SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
    Applicant must have a minimum of LPN or EMT license.
    Applicant must have excellent people skills, recordkeeping managment experience, plus independent decision making skills.
    Bilingual Spanish is a plus.
    Background check along with drug and alcohol testing are required.

GENERAL SUMMARY:
As an LPN currently licensed to practice in the state of employment, administers direct care of employees with professional expertise according to medical directives and within the scope of practice and regulations of the State Nurse Practice Act, while working under direct supervision of the Occupational Health Manager or Supervisor.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
    This is a part time position with a Fortune 500 company in Ellijay, GA.  This position will be used to perform post job offer physicals and will be a 20 hour per week job.  This position will report to the Occupational Health Nurse Manager.
