Truck Driver – Keystone, IA
This is a full-time, hourly position.Job duties will include elevator delivery, on farm grain pickup, ground pile reclaim.

· Applicant must be willing to work overtime during harvest and as required.
· Outside of harvest, hours will range from 40-50 per week depending on duties.
· The applicant will be responsible for everyday maintenance of his or her unit and be willing to converse with customers on farm pickups.
· Driving equipment ranges from tractor trailer, quad, tandem, and pickup with trailer.
· Applicant will be home every night.
· Applicant must be willing to perform other operational tasks and job duties at the facility when driving responsibilities slow down

Qualifications:

· To be considered for an opportunity, candidates must meet the following criteria:
· Two years of verifiable OTR or local tractor trailer experience required in the last seven years
· Commercial License REQUIRED.
· Commitment to ADM’s goal of achieving a zero injury culture; understand and follow company safety procedures
· Exhibit regular and prompt attendance
· No more than one chargeable accident within the last three years
· No more than one moving violation ticket in the last three years
· No convictions of D.U.I., D.U.S., or open container in the last 7 years
· No conviction for unlawful use, possession, or distribution of a controlled substance
· No positive controlled substance/alcohol tests from prior employer

Relocation benefits are not provided for this position.

Candidates are responsible for providing their own means of transportation to and from work.
