One of my best clients, a growing, leader in the ag construction industry is looking for an experienced Shop Foreman who believes in top notch customer service to direct their service team in a fast-paced, efficient shop. This hands-on foreman will lead a group of 4-5 technicians and report to the Shop Manager.

Shop Foreman Ideal Candidate:
* Associates degree or 1+ years’ experience
* Ag equipment and/or construction equipment experience
* Ability to measure work quality as well as employee efficiency
* Estimate work hours for repairs
* Schedule vehicles/equipment preventative maintenance
* Diagnose problems
* Knowledgeable with pneumatic, hydraulic and electrical systems along with gas and diesel engines
* Ability to delegate work as well as prioritizing

Compensation:
* $23-$27/Hour + overtime
* 401k and full benefits
* Vacation
