Provides assistance through different assignments including normal routine daily, weekly or monthly reporting.

1. Assists the department to which the Associate Accountant is assigned, this would include any normal routine daily, weekly, or monthly reporting at or in one of the various departments.
2. Assists the department in the monthly financial closing functions.
3. Networks and learns as much as possible about the Company and the business which includes spending time on the production floor.
4. Obtains formal training in various software functions (SAP financials; M-Tech; Essbase; PPM; PeopleSoft; etc.)
5. Participate in preparation of annual plan and capital budgets for assigned area of responsibility.

Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration plus 0-2 years of related work experience.DECISION-MAKING RESPONSIBILITIES
Routine decision making within established Company policies and procedures.  Decisions, deviating from Company policies or procedures, require higher management approval.
