Land O'Lakes PMI LabDiet and Mazuri are leading worldwide species specific and custom diet brands. These unique and innovative brands provide animal producers and owners with an extensive line of animal feed and expert nutritional services.

Position Purpose:
This position is responsible for leading and managing the interconnected activities of the LabDiet and Mazuri product groups in Asia. Objectives will be established to meet various business and financial goals. The position includes a wide scope of activities including but not limited to: Customer visits, working extensively with manufacturing and formulation, managing dealers, solving problems, creating and performing customer presentations all in the effort to protect current business and prospect new business by accurately and professionally detailing the company and product line features and benefits.

With a main facility based in Missouri, USA, this position is fulltime and to be based Southeast Asia.

Qualifications:

Experience-Education (Required):Masters-level degree in one or more related field: Animal Science, Animal Nutrition, Biomedical Sciences, MBA, Business, Agriculture.

Competencies-Skills (Required):Business-proficient in English language; fluency in Japanese language.


Experience-Education (Preferred):Ph. D. level in any of the required level areas. Proficient in Chinese a plus.

Competencies-Skills (Preferred):Academic background in agriculture/Animal Science plus commercial business experience in sales, marketing, new product development.
