Sales Manager Job - Iowa - IA

Rapidly growing and highly effective grain company in Iowa is looking for a Sales Manager.  This person will be charged with building an 8 to 10 member Grain Origination Team to compete for volume in this excellent Iowa market.

Here's What We're Looking For:

    Proven success in building, coaching and developing an effective sales team
    Demonstrated ability to profitably generate grain volume through the field grain
    Spearhead additional training of the Grain Originator Team Members so they continually are doing a better job
    Work closely with sales team members on a daily/weekly basis to make sure they are doing the "right" things to achieve their goals
    Ensure that all team members are maintaining a good "work/life balance"
