    Develop sales plans and be accountable to set and meet forecast.
    Assist distributors in setting quarterly goals and executing plans to meet quarterly goals.
    Work directly with distributors to plan key producer and influencer meetings.
    Assist distribution in after-market training and support to ensure customer success.

The qualified Business Development Manager will have the following background and experience...

    5+ years of proven business development, selling to large dairy producers
    Understand buying process and the roles of key employees in a dairy
    Experience with AI, reproduction, animal health, nutrition, dairy software, electronics or finance
    Possess an innovative approach to problem solving and early adopter of  newest technology
    Polished presenter, confident leader, value added seller, with the ability to influence the buying decisions of large dairies
