Duties and Responsibilities:
Accounts payable.
Cash entries.
Batching and treasuries.
Account expense analysis.
Assist in year-end audit.
Review check deposits at banks.
Audit broker deposits.
Assist with auditing broker payouts.
Assist with exchange fee reconciliation.
Assist with give-up and give-in reconciliation.
Assist with some accounting, treasury and risk projects.
Various projects.

 Skills and Abilities
Microsoft Office proficiency. Working knowledge of Windows environment. Working knowledge of Access and Excel software. Working knowledge of Word documents and Outlook. Organized with good communications skills. Efficient, reliable and punctual. Willing to work in team environment as well as being independent to take on responsibilities. Communication with peers, customers and corporate personnel is required.

Experience
Entry level intern position with accounting and finance college credits. Position will report directly to a senior accountant with a dotted line to the controller to maximize development, learning & departmental efficiency.ADM requires the successful completion of a pre-employment drug screen and a background check.Relocation assistance is not available with this position.ADM is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
