Qualifications:
-Bachelor’s Degree required -Must have 5 – 7 years previous experience in Sales -Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public. -Strong managerial and decision making skills required. -Excellent organizational skills required. -Experience in Excel and Word required, SAP experience preferred. -Excellent communication skills required, both written and oral. -Must be able to set goals and meet deadlines. -Must be able to travel overnight and often without notice. -High level of synergy is required. -Confidentiality is a Must

This position will be responsible for the development and implementation of strategic sales plans to accommodate business unit goals, for both sales and operations. Including, but not limited to mix, pricing and tonnage. This individual will be responsible for:

1. Directing daily, weekly and long term production and allocation of products.

2. Managing teams that are responsible for daily sales functions – i.e. coordination, sales, order entry, on time delivery, etc.

3. Daily activities including: sales pricing, truck utilization, customer care, profit analysis, etc.

4. Analyzes sales and market data to provide guidance to the organization with regards to its established goals, and the changing market and competitive conditions.

5. Perform related tasks as requested
