Discovery R&D is seeking a dynamic Screening Technician experienced in lab or greenhouse operations to support Agronomic Traits research to be conducted at our Woodburn, Oregon, greenhouse facility.

Primary Responsibilities:

    Assisting the Agronomic Traits team in the execution of screens for evaluating plant performance

    Producing high quality plant and seed materials while managing the entire growth cycle of plants, collecting high quality measurement data, seed processing, and rigorous tracking of all processes

    Identifying areas for process and technical improvements and providing solutions that increase experiment quality

    Operating within stringent safety and regulatory guidelines
