OTR Truck Driver - Decatur, IL

Job Summary
- This is a full time over the road driving position. Weekends and holidays will be required to make timely deliveries. This location primarily hauls tank trailers.

Essential Job Functions - The OTR driver must be able to plan trips (breaks, fuel stops, customer appointments, weather, traffic and construction, city and rural driving conditions) and manage unforeseen circumstances.  The driver will sit for several hours at a time while operating their equipment.  The driver will be responsible for safely and efficiently loading, unloading and transporting product.  Weekly mileages can and do fluctuate.
The individual is required to follow all government, company & customer policies and regulations.  This includes but not limited to FMCSA, OSHA, EPA, DOL & Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).


Equipment can include but is not limited to semi truck, tank trailers, dry van, and pneumatic, intermodal, flat beds.  Driver will be responsible for safely and efficiently loading and unloading product according to company and customer instructions.  Weekly mileages can and do fluctuate.

24 years of age
12 months of verifiable OTR or Local experience within the previous seven years
No more than 1 chargeable accidents within the last 3 years
No more than 3 jobs in the last 3 years
No more than one unsatisfactory work record comment from previous employers
No more than 1 moving violation in the last three years
No convictions of D.U.I, D.U.S., or open container in the previous 7 years
No convictions for unlawful use, possession or distribution of a controlled substance.
No positive controlled substance /alcohol tests from prior employers
No convictions of a felony
Candidates must successfully complete a pre employment drug screen, DOT physical and functionality testing.
