SUMMARY:
This position is responsible for maintaining internal reports using Microsoft Office applications, internal systems, and external databases (including Retail Link, Nielsen, Spectra, Mintel, NPD). Other duties include: creating adhoc reports; running errands for the department - trips to Sam's, etc.; making copies; filing; ordering samples for sales presentations; any other project needs of the marketing managers on the team. Based on initiative, this position offers the potential for exposure to accounting systems, sales analysis, and a financial perspective; customer service; large corporate environment; consumer packaged goods marketing experience; business planning; and enhancement of computer skills.

REQUIREMENTS:
Education: Junior or Senior Preferred. (At least one year of school remaining). Engineering Majors Preferred.

Experience: None required

Computer Skills: Basic

Computer Skills: Excel, Familiar with Access, Word, and PowerPoint.

Special Skills: Ability to multitask; motivated, self-starter.
