Position Summary:
Supports Clinical Packaging Operations by performing various administrative tasks listed in the Essential Duties and Responsibilities shown below:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

    Applies Good Manufacturing Principles in all areas of responsibility
    Demonstrates and promotes the company vision
    Proficient in Microsoft Office including:  Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access and Outlook
    Tracks production man hours dispersed to other departments (labor sharing)
    Prepares supporting documents for packaging orders i.​e.​ picks lists, QA-25s, Material Safe Handling Reports (QA-67), door signs, etc.​
    Distributes Operations incoming and outgoing mail
    Contacts appropriate individuals to set room requirements (humidity)
    Works with the Scheduling department by updating personnel resources (people counts and labor breakdown)
    Distributes Change Orders accordingly
    Acts as a “Dispatcher” to research, monitor and respond (via phones, radios or email) to questions and issues between the Project Managers/​Scheduling and the Packaging rooms
    Enters Daily Schedule Control information (DSCs)
    Submits Engineering Service Requests (ESRS) and HelpStars as needed
    Maintains office supplies and reorders when necessary
    Enters purchase requisitions

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities continued:

    Enters information into the time-keeping system for both permanent and temporary employees

    Assists with collecting and posting metrics for the GEMBA Tier boards
    Answer telephones and take/​route messages
    Participates in daily “turnover” meetings with other administrative personnel
    Tests for and maintain N-95 records
    Maintain overtime sign-ups
    Supports the Operations Team Leaders by printing out reports for Training adherence
    Assists Operations personnel as needed (office supplies, equipment, documentation, etc.​)

Qualifications (BMQ): essential duty satisfactorily.​  The requirements below are representative of the knowledge, skill or ability required.​   Must possess above average communication skills and must communicate in a professional manner at all times.​

 Education/​Experience: High School diploma or GED and three years experience as an Administrative Assistant

(BMQ): Certificates indicating computer training preferable

Supervisory  Responsibility:   None

Internal and External Contacts:   Internal contacts including:  Operations, Logistics.​ Client Services, Documentation, Human Resources and Engineering.​  External contacts including: Customers or Vendors.​

  Ability and/​or Skills ( BMQ):   Proficient in Microsoft Office.​  Aptitude to write routine business correspondence.​  Ability to read and interpret documents.​  Capable of coordinating multiple tasks and working with deadlines.​

Physical Demands:  Sitting, typing, writing, walking, standing, and lifting of items <25 pounds 

  Work Schedule: 7 AM to 3 PM core hours, 37.​5 hours per week, additional hours as required
