International Digital Ad Tech Account Executive
Searchlight is a digital recruitment firm specializing in advertising, media, and emerging technology.​ We are seeking a talented Digital Ad Tech recruiter to join our firm.​ Our tech practice is growing substantially and we are looking for a candidate with hands on ad tech experience to take the lead on our ad operations, technical project management, and other technical searches.​ This role will also involving developing and sourcing business for our international clients and working closely with our international team.​


We are looking for the following:
    A smart, motivated sales savvy digital candidate with hands on ad-tech industry experience.​

    Strong cold calling, networking, and closing skills.​

    Experience working with sales or account management teams at an ad tech company.​

    1-2 years of either hands-on ad operations, technical project management, or product development experience.​

    Experience working with the following: Dart, MediaMind, Pointroll, Atlas.​

    Well versed in the landscape of the ad tech ecosystem.​

    Experienced in OAS and Firebug, SalesForce, Javascript and knowledge of C+​+​ and HTML.​

    Experience in mobile or social a strong plus.​

    Proven experience working abroad or with an international team; ability to work and cultivate international business with leading digital ad agencies and brands.​

    Strong foreign language skills; Looking for a candidate fluent in 3-4 languages.​

    BA or BS required.​
