Are you living and working in the Cayman Islands or do you have the right to work on the Island and might like to return for the right role?

Do you have experience of insolvency or forensic work within an accountancy or advisory practice?

A professional consultancy services firm focused exclusively on the asset management, investment banking and broking industry with a vast global reach are looking for a client facing Forensic and Corporate Recovery Consultant.

This is a 'big role' Typical assignments will include participating in hedge fund liquidations (both solvent and insolvent), asset tracing, forensic investigations and litigation support.

You should possess the following minimum qualifications, experience and personal attributes:
* At least 1 - 2 years post qualification experience of forensic or insolvency work within a larger accountancy/advisory practice.

* Experience in voluntary and/or court ordered liquidation (preferably administered under English-based insolvency regimes) Strong academic background, including education to degree level Qualified accountant (e.g. CPA, CA, ACA, ACCA) with training from the big 4 or global B-tier firm.

* Experience on large and/or international assignments. Knowledge of financial services and/or the asset management sector. Strong IT skills, preferably including Microsoft suite as well as proficiency in management information and database systems.

* Well-developed practice management skills. Strong commercial acumen and well developed analytical and interpersonal skills.

Ideally I'm looking for someone based in Cayman as unfortunately my client is not in a position to provide a relocation package, however they will support Visa's if not a national.

Salary will be circa US$55,000-$70,000 (depending on qualifications and experience), plus eligibility for discretionary bonus, healthcare and pension.
