Position Purpose:The IT Accountant will be responsible for executing month-end close procedures, processing invoices, and supporting project financial reporting for the Corporate, Supply Chain, and Dairy Foods divisions/business segments. This position also assists forecasts and annual budgeting of selected infrastructure and project related business units.
Qualifications:

Degree in Accounting with minimum 3 years or more accounting experience.

Understanding of ERP systems and transactions recorded in general ledger.

Strong Microsoft Office Skills (Word and Excel).

Motivated team member committed to improvement and streamlining of business processes and attention to delivering results in a timely manner.

Additional required skills include: strong analytical skills with effective communication/ interpersonal skills and adaptability/flexibility. Prior experience in IT Accounting preferred. Experience with a JD Edward system or other ERP systems a plus; Business Intelligence software tools/Hyperion experience a plus.
