Located west of Louisville, KY, this southern-Indiana agricultural retail location is an excellent opportunity to manage a strong, successful team.

This position is responsible for overseeing day-today operations of the facility while also developing and supporting relationships with the locations customer base. To direct, promote and coordinate operations in a manner that will optimize the company's safety program, efficiency, customer service, market share, mission, and goals.
The Location Manager engages in open communication with the management staff on strategic issues affecting the facilities.
* Manage daily operations of the elevator facilities.
* Providing outstanding service to all customers for the Location
* Managing the elevator to maximize operational efficiency and profit
* Overseeing facility compliance with OSHA and cooperative safety program
* Supervising daily logistic activities associated with location operation.
* Supervision establish and communicate goals and results to employees, staff the location and delegate the workload, support employee growth, and uphold cooperative policies.
* Manage location maintenance and safety records
* Communicate information regarding products and services with customers.
* Attend all company meetings deemed necessary by management.

Qualifications:
Education and Experience:
* Undergraduate degree in Ag. Business or related field
* 5 or more years of elevator operation experience
* Proven record of outstanding customer service
* Proficient verbal, written, and computer skill
* Acute attention to detail
* Strong interpersonal skills
* Self-motivated, dependable, and organized.
* Valid commercial drivers license
