Ag Marketing Team Lead

This person will be a Manage a staff of marketing enthusiasts and be a Key Contributor for our continued expansion and brand presence in the industry.
Candidate needs to have the unique blend of education, experience, ag agronomy background, skills, and desire to perform and top levels.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate would possess 8+ years of proven successful marketing experience (not sales) and strong working knowledge in the Crops and soils segments of the Agricultural industry. Exceptional written and oral presentations skills a must, with proven portfolio of materials to review.
This position will be responsible leading the team in the development of marketing plans and campaigns, tactical marketing materials, market research and new product roll-outs. Creating initiatives to promote sales of current and future product offering, that engage multi-dimensional media fronts.
This person will work intimately with counterparts in marketing, R&D, Product Management, and Sales teams, and create connections between market needs (demand) and product design offerings.
The ideal candidate will have solid background and degree in agricultural communications or marketing, agronomy or crops and soils science minor, with marketing and product campaigns and launch experience.
