Advisory Services Manager – Performance Improvement (PI) – Enterprise Intelligence (EI) – Risk & Performance Analytics (Multiple Positions), Ernst & Young U.S. LLP, McLean, VA: Support client engagement teams delivering professional services that focus on complex client business problems involving the acquisition, validation, and analysis of data in electronic form. Confer with client management and personnel to identify business needs, making assessments through process based diagnostic analytics, decision support analytics, and advanced analytics. Review reports and document findings to present to the team to help prepare recommendations for the client. Collaborate with other members of the engagement team to plan the engagement and develop work programs, timelines, benefits management and other planning documents. Use Analytics to gather and organize information to deliver business insight, improve business performance, and mitigate risks. Analyze data gathered using Enterprise Intelligence (EI) as a key enabler, and integrate analytics and business intelligence to provide solutions according to clients’ organizational policies and IT environment. Demonstrate strong project management skills, monitor engagement status, and manage staff performance. Participate in recruitment and business development activities.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Information Systems or Computer Science, plus 5 years post-bachelor’s, progressive related work experience; or a Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Information Systems or Computer Science, plus 4 years of related work experience. Of the required experience, 4 years must be using analytics to solve business problems with a strong understanding of business processes and the application of analytic technologies to deliver value to the business. Must have demonstrated experience leading complex analytics engagements. Must have experience with ETL processes and objectives and proficiency in any of the following analytics tools; Microsoft SQL Server, ACL, Tableau, Spotfire, SPSS, SAS, Business Objects, Cognos, Informatica, Trillium, Data Stage. Must have engagement leadership experience including; managing staff, providing regular status updates and monitoring project economics. Must be willing to travel up to 80%.
