We're growing and increasing our market presence in bull calf operations! We're looking for a General Manager to lead a team of up to thirty people in the daily operations. The successful candidate will enjoy working with a family business that is dedicated to excellence innovation, accountability and integrity. We are passionate about service and have been featured on Forbes Top 250 List of Privately Held Firms. This position will require the candidate to relocate Northeastern Colorado.

Daily Duties:

* Manage key relationships with producers to ensure profitable calf procurement
* Oversee capital spending projects to build facility to its maximum capacity and efficiency
* Supervisory oversight and P & L responsibility for complete business
* Coordinate large scale research trials

Qualifications and Experience:

* Bachelor's Degree in Animal Health or a related field
* 5 + years' experience in calf ranch management
* Proven ability in rearing day old dairy calves and knowledge of baby calf nutrition
* Able to diagnose and apply appropriate treatment of illness
* Able to work across all business disciplines
* Gain corporate "buy - in" for the vision and company as a whole
* Create a productive work environment and set clear expectations where employees enjoy the work experience

Compensation:

* Base Salary will be determined upon the skill set of the successful individual
* Bonus opportunity based on performance
