The ideal candidate for this position must have,at a minimum, five years of pediatric hospital experience - two to three years should have been in a supervisory position. You would be the first line supervisor who participates in, and facilitates the management of the daily operations and personnel of the department. You will be directly involved in coordinating the clinical services of Physical Therapy team and providing clinical services to patients.
This position will utilize your skills with a balance between clinical, teaching and management.

The position is at a Children’s Hospital that has been rated as one of the top facilities in the State. You would be supervising twelve therapists. There is huge potential for personal growth in this facility.
