JOB DESCRIPTION
JOB TITLE: Invoicing Administrator
DEPARTMENT: Accounting/Finance
REPORTS TO: Invoicing Supervisor
JOB SUMMARY:
This is an invoicing administrator position at the Souderton location. This position plays a key role in the overall invoicing for the company.
This position requires some weekend work.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Timely invoicing of all products shipped. This includes but is not limited to verification of the accuracy of the shipping documentation. Verification of pricing. Verification of edit reports.
Position handles direct invoicing of special handling items (pharmaceuticals etc.), intercompany invoicing, cattle clean outs.
Support customer inquiries and provide copies of shipping documents when necessary.
Maintain customer files.
This position is also responsible for entering and maintaining all office supply orders as well as inventory of office supplies.
This position is also responsible for entering all barn paper work into the RS6000.
Order entry.
Each day completion of carcass lot edit report.
EXPERIENCE AND REQUIREMENTS:
Experience:
Experience within the meat or food processing industries is highly preferred, as is past experience in a cost accounting function. Must be a good communicator with strong verbal and written skills. Also must be proficient with Microsoft Excel. Successful candidate must be well organized and be able to work in a fast paced environment.
