Responsibilities for this position include operations and personnel management, sales, and financial analysis. The successful candidate should be able to identify weaknesses within the company and demonstrate problem solving skills to correct these situations. Must be able to manage/motivate people as this individual will be responsible of a team of over 10 employees and must be open to new challenges as well as have excellent communication and leadership skills.
