Summary:
This is an operational analysis and general accounting position at the JBS Souderton plant location.  This position plays a key role in the preparation of various business reports and general accounting tasks.
 
Responsibilities:
Assist in the daily reporting of key business KPI measurements.
Daily reporting and analysis of the packaging variance report.
Maintenance of the packaging master files within multiple systems.
Coordinate teh maintenance of the master product codes to include new product set up and regular audit of  key control points such as tare weights.
Assist in the preparation of manual deposits for multiple bank accounts and assist in the daily ROPES general ledger posting process.
Prepare various weekly & monthly reports to include but is not limited to the USDA timesheet tracking and Delaware receipts tax preparation.
Perform special projects as they arise.
 
Skills:
Proficient in Mircosoft Excel
Excellent work standards, planning and organizing skills
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Demonstrates the ability to tolerate stress and immediate demands
Ability to demonstrate sound judgement under all circumstances
Must be able to work in a fast paced environment
