We have an agronomy company seeking to hire a Business Development Director that will be responsible for leading a division that provides precision soil services to agronomy retail companies.

You will be leading and mentoring employees at two locations, taking care of all budgetary and P and L, meeting with key accounts, and developing new streams of revenue. This company has a long history in agribusiness and is known for providing a quality product to the customer.

The preferred candidate will be someone with a very successful background in the agronomy retail industry who has had direct oversight of the bottom line. You'll need a solid agronomic or soils background coupled to strong leadership and management skills.

This job will require some overnight travel.

You'll be paid a competitive salary with bonus potential up to 20% and beyond of your yearly salary if your goals are met. $70-100,000 BOE.
