One of our best clients in the Midwest, a growing, forward-thinking organization, has asked us to confidentially hand select a Service Manager to join their growing team in Minnesota. Join this team and lead a great Agriculture Equipment service team in repairing tractors, sprayers, and combines.

This is a fast paced, high volume shop where you will be rewarded for your hard work and productivity of the team.

Service Manager Job Responsibilities:
Lead a service technician team to provide quality service to customers
Perform basic to complex agricultural equipment diagnostics and repairs
Maintain current product knowledge of agricultural equipment

Service Manager Requirements:
Strong Organizational and people skills
Knowledgeable of mechanical, electrical and hydraulic systems
Good communication skills
Strong work ethic
Must be a team player

Compensation and Benefits:
$50,000 – $80,000 + bonuses
Health, Life, Dental, 401K, Profit Sharing
