We are seeking a farm seed sales management professional for a major regional seed company with top of the line genetics and technology.
The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, with good sales, marketing, training and management ability. Furthermore, seed and/or agronomy sales experience is required. Job responsibilities include coaching on farm sales calls, marketing, direct sales, administration, recruiting and training new employees. 75k-90k salary, bonus plus full benefits, company truck and expense account.

BS degree in Ag and 5 years of agronomy sales experience desired.
