Plant Operations Manager

International Hay Company is looking for a Plant Operations Manager for their Oregon facility.

This role will cover many different areas of the operation including, but not limited to:

    Operations
    Production
    Inventory Management
    Budgeting and Capitol Expenses
    Cost reduction
    Employee accountability and compliance
    Plant Safety, Hazard Compliance, etc.

The team has been in place for a long time and is excellent at their job and their interaction with each other.   There are very few employee related issues and it is g great working environment.

Key Qualifications for the Plant Operations Manager:

    5 to 10 years' experience in operations management with manufacturing processes and equipment, preferably in the Agricultural industry 
    Bachelor of Science (BS), Agricultural Business preferred or a combination of experience and education
    Good working knowledge of Windows based programs
    A minimum of 5 years direct supervisory experience
    Strong grower relationships in the in the Willamette Valley
    Good knowledge of EPA and OSHA regulations
    MRP Experience
