Specific Tasks to be Accomplished:
The ABAP Programmer will work under the supervision of an OneERP Technical team leader. Related and responsibilities will include:

    Support the SMEs/Functional Analysts/Technical Analysts in resolving the service manager calls/Production issues.
    Development of RICEFW objects in SAP to complete the required development as per the approved change requests
    Support and troubleshoot the programs and reports in the ERP system as reported as system bugs.
    Develop new reports based or change the existing reports based on the defects / requirement by the user.
    Development and maintenance of programs and reports using Business Sever Pages (BSP), WebDynpro and smartforms.
    Support the structural authorization in the report execution and access.
    Design, develop and support object services and workflow for supporting the project.
    Document all completed solutions. Create and maintain documentation as per standard established.
    Ensure knowledge transfer to staff members in the team.

Standards Expected:
This assignment may require work outside regular office hours, in which case the schedule will be agreed a prior with the Technical manager for the one ERP vision project and/or the SAP technical development team lead.

Weekly reports on hours work and task accomplished will be produced and handed over for approval to the Team Leader with copy the designated Administrative Assistant. All invoices must be presented on the pre-approved format –to be obtained from the Administrative Assistant, on the first day of work- and must have attached signed copies of the corresponding weekly reports and a photocopy of the contract.

All work completed must be documented and documentation must be turned over and accepted by the Project Team Leader and/or the technical team lead.

The following documentation should be used as guidelines, in addition to any other assigned by the technical development team lead:
- SAP programming standards – with UNICEF’s adaptations, ASAP methodology
- UNICEF standards for access to data and data staging
- SAP Security Administration standards
- SAP Systems Administration standards
- ITSSD (UNICEF) technical documentation standards for SAP
- Systems Interface Documentation

Interim/Final Output Required:
Completed solutions, which can be in the form of specific programs, configuration or interfaces, reports or enhancements to the SAP System.
Written technical documentation of all tasks completed.
Tasks assigned as part of the SAP Systems/Project Plan. Please refer to specific dates that will be communicated in writing by the respective team leads.

Target Completion Date of Assignment:
Throughout the contract period, the consultant may be given short-term assignments with specific deadlines which will be set in agreement between the consultant and the Technical Team Leader of by the oneERP project manager. Confirmation of such target dates will be done via e-mail.

Qualifications:
The minimum qualification required are:
    University degree in Business administration, Computer Science, Information systems management or related field.
    Minimum 5 of years of hands-on experience in programming, maintaining SAP applications using ABAP and/or ABAP Objects, Developing Custom enhancements and reports.
    Experience in understanding the identified gaps and provide solution(s), translate it to technical efforts and estimate the work for the same.
    Experience in writing technical specifications.
    Experience in leading team of developers, conducting Code reviews and ensuring quality of development.
    Experience in programming interfaces and transferring data from/to SAP and external systems.
    Experience with Smartforms, ADOBE forms, Workflow and web services.
    Experience in testing procedures and protocols.

Skills and Experience Required:
1. Netweaver technology, ABAP Objects, BSP, Java and Webdynpro
2. Smartforms, ALV, PDF and ADS reports.
3. SAP Interfaces, idoc, ALE and Workflow
4. Good Knowledge of functional areas (FI, LO, LE, HR, GM)
5. New Netweaver enhancement framework and knowledge of BDT

Start Date: 2 January 2014
Pay Rate: $420 – $600/day (all inclusive)
Job Length: 6 to 12 months
