Nationwide dairy company seeks Partner Development Manager for Eastern Wisconsin. This position requires an extremely strategic and client focused individual possessing an exceptional ability to provide value added consultative sales approach to large progressive dairies while successfully meeting sales targets.

Along with a passion for and experience in the dairy industry, the qualified candidate will have exceptional customer relations skills and organizational talents.
The qualified candidate must be a self starter, results oriented and driven by both financial and career opportunities.
At least 1 year of sales experience and a bachelor’s degree in Agriculture is preferable.
Value added proposal selling and well developed business communications skills are considered assets. Considerable travel will be required.
