To be considered for this job you must possess

•     5+ years of leadership experience in live poultry production
•     BS in applicable field, MBA preferred
•     Strong knowledge of bird production (turkey, duck or broiler)
•     Strong business acumen and computer skills
•     Ability to excel in the field and in the boardroom
•     Experience dealing with multiple profit centers
•     Professionalism, a drive to succeed, good mentoring skills

Salary: $85,000.00 - $100,000.00
