Division Sales Manager

A World Leading food safety products company is looking for a highly skilled, Team Leader who is a self-motivated sales success driven individual to manage and expand the current sales for the US market. Exciting company growth and strategic product positioning create huge opportunity.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate would possess 10+ years of proven successful sales experience and strong working knowledge in the Food Safety industry.  This position will be responsible for maintaining and increasing sales volumes, margins, division budgets, sales objectives, team leadership, identifying-hiring-development of sales and support team, product positioning into non-customer target lists. We need a person with proven sales performance, proven management experience, very outgoing, hardworking personality who has top-notch communication skills, great team building - motivating skill set, with a strong background and knowledge base in meats, poultry and seafood industries.  The ideal candidate will have a minimum of BS degree in Food Science, Meat Science, Animal Science with adequate industry and sales experience. MBA or MS preferred. 35-40% travel required.
