An opportunity for a professional Expat/International Tax & Compensation Executive is now available in NJ, USA.

This role will cover all areas of responsibility for Expatriate/International Taxation, Compensation, Payroll and assignment services.

Duties include;
Ensuring the delivery of all taxation and compensation services to clients including;

Services of; Compensation worksheets/balance sheets, Salary calculations, Payroll, Cost projections, Assignment letters, Compensation summaries, W-2 reconciliations, entries and tracking, Compensation collection, TEQ tracking.
Other duties will include special projects as identified by the company business departments

The ideal candidate will be experienced in the following;
2 - 3 years expat/international tax, compliance, payroll and/or assignment management experience
Bachelors Degree in Business or Accounting preferred;
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, fluency in an additional foreign language is an advantage
High computer literate in Microsoft Excel and Access packages;
Proven ability to multi-task and meet deadlines in a fast paced environment
AS400 experience an advantage
