A new position is available for an experienced International Assignments Executive with my client located in New Jersey, USA.

This position will assist the relocation process daily and will offer support the transferring assignee.

Duties and responsibilities include (but and not limited to):
Offering compensation and relocation policy support and counseling to the transferee and will offer spousal support
You will act as point of contact for policy requests offering a high level of customer service
Responsible for creating, administering and developing the relocation and assignment processes according to client requirements
Ensure that all Assignment and Relocation services are delivered to assignees and families in a timely and accurate manner
Coordinating third party services
Delivering and Interpreting communications according to international policies

Experience required:
At least 3 - 5 years’ experience in the global mobility and/or assignment services industry
Excellent customer service skills with exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Fluency in English is essential and an additional foreign language would be an advantage
GMS or GPHR international certification strongly recommended but not essential
Experience with tax accounting, compensation and relocation is a plus.
