The Role:
Capital One is looking for Information Technology professionals with innovative strategies to resolve hardware and software issues for executives across the enterprise. You will have the exciting opportunity to support executive meetings and conferences by utilizing your vast knowledge of audio and video equipment, and managing all aspects of the event from planning and set up, to running technical logistics. Specific Responsibilities:
-Problem solving skills to resolve information technology issues for executives
-Test innovative technologies such as smartphones and other peripherals
-Provide consultation on company wide Information Technology rollouts and initiatives
-Develop positive relationships and manage inquiries from vendors and internal customers
-Track processes for documenting all technology issues and resolutions
-Utilize audio and video equipment including sound engineering, video engineering, and personal computer network management

Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
-High School Diploma, GED or Equivalent Certification or military experience
-At least 2 years of experience in Desktop Support of Executive level customers

Preferred Qualifications:
-Bachelors Degree in Information Systems or Business
-Microsoft Certifications
-At least 1 year of experience in Help Desk or PC support
-At least 5 years of experience in Desktop Support - Customer Service, including direct support of executive level customers
