Position overview
The expense reporting analyst position maintains and supports the CPS expense reporting system within the accounts payable department. This position helps support other accounts payable functions as needed and reports to the expense reporting supervisor.

Essential Functions

•     Maintain Purchase card program
•     Perform audits on random expense reports
•     Customer service
•         Purchase card issues and questions
•         User Training
•         Reporting
•         Purchase card maintenance
•     Monthly reconciliation and research for purchase card
•     AP Control processing and reconciliation
•     Special projects
•     System development and maintenance

Qualifications

•     Purchase Card experience preferred
•     General understanding of computers
•     Strong Excel
•     Strong customer service skills
•     Knowledge of accounts payable
•     PeopleSoft background preferred
•     Good written and verbal communication skills
•     Must be a team player and be able to multi-task
•     Willingness to learn and take on new challenges
