Position Purpose:
Provide technical expertise in implementation and maintenance of Oracle Identity Manager to meet identity and access management business goals.
The Oracle Identity Management Administrator performs analysis, design, configuration, unit testing, and maintenance of Oracle Identity & Access Management applications.
Responsibilities:
Support development activities including analysis, design, configuration, data migration and testing through full SDLC (Dev, QA, Prod)
Configuration of OIM, including but not limited to catalog request forms
Lead and participate in QA/UAT testing to ensure proper functionality and validation in the quality of any updates planned for production environments.
Leads application configurations to meet business needs
Provide expertise in identifying and in solving functional and technical issues.
Work closely with the vendors (Oracle) and internal development teams (security developer and SOA) to resolve issues.
Planning, coordination, and assistance in installation of upgrades and patches
Provide production daily maintenance and support which may include set ups, corrections, and understanding of integration points, HRMS, Active Directory & Exchange Configure provisioning processes, reconciliations tasks
Provide audit/compliance requirement reports from various applications, processes.
May include security (end user, groups) configuration set ups as defined by application
Maintain an in-depth knowledge of access management business processes and flow of data across the organization and applications
Document, update, and maintain documentation of processes, procedure guides, user guides, and other training materials used.
Follow proper documentation, escalation and handling of issues/problems as it relates to severity and impact to end users.
Develops and generates reports for service manager and identified user community.
Provide support in other areas within the Service Administration Team as assigned, such as security administration user access requests and setups as needed.
Qualifications:
Experience-Education (Required):
Typically possesses 2 years of Oracle Identity Management or Oracle Fusion technologies work experience.
Bachelors in a relevant field of work or equivalent work/business experience is highly desirable.
Candidate should have relevant experience to leverage maximum out of the box functionality from OIM suite or Oracle Fusion technologies.

Experience-Education (Preferred):
Active Directory and Exchange knowledge beneficial
SQL query language and Java Script skills beneficial
Understanding of key processes and general computing controls for all processes, such as: Incident Management, Problem Management, Security provisioning, Messaging services, document management, escalation, Change Management, System Development Lifecycle (SDLC), and Project Mgmt (PMO) as used across organization.
