Key Account Manager- CO, Colorado

A leading retail agronomy organization in Eastern Colorado is adding a key account manager to their team.  This agronomy sales role will drive the growth of the organization by focusing only on the largest producers in the region (those over 2,500 acres). 

Ideal candidates will have proven sales and technical ability to promote a full line of seed, fertilizer, and crop protection products. 

The Key Account Manager will be responsible for:

•     Driving sales growth with new and existing growers
•     Increasing market share and sustainable revenue growth in your region
•     Bring value to the grower through effective management of side by side field plots, grower answer plots, and all associated product positioning and demonstrations
•     Optimizing product and service positioning for growers in your region
•     Coordinating programs and pricing with internal and vendor business partners
•     Effectively manage and monitor the sales data base for all customer contact
•     Maintaining a home office in the assigned sales territory
