Responsibilities:
CHS Cut Bank has an opportunity for a Tower Control Operator at our Shelby, MT location. You will work extensively with Country Operations Cooperative Customers in insuring they are provided the highest level of service. You must be customer focused, hardworking, and have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. This position has the opportunity for growth.

You Will:

•     Control and monitor all fertilizer load out functions
•     Understand and operate automated scale/dump systems
•     Monitor and maintain quality of inventory and blended product
•     Regulate and periodic housecleaning processes and record keeping.
•     Blend fertilizer as prescribed and/or generate blends.
•     Maintain and keep records on all elevator equipment including legs, conveyors, grain cleaner, vehicles and all facility equipment.
•     Provide excellent customer service and assist customers as needed.
•     Follow all company policies and procedures.
•     Perform other duties as needed or assigned.
•     Work extended hours to meet business demands.

Basic Qalifications:

    High School diploma or GED
    Ability to work extended hours to meet business demands
    CDL license or ability to obtain one with HAZMAT endorsement
    Pass a DOT required physical and drug screen

 Preferred Qualifications:

    Experience operating automated scaling systems
    Bookkeeping and AGRIS experience
    Prior experience in fertilizer handling, blending, and inventory
